Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe ( French pronunciation: [lə mɛl syʁ saʁt] ( listen ) , literally Le Mêle on Sarthe ) is a commune in the Orne department in north-western France . It is the commune with the smallest area in the Orne, covering an area of 0.62 km ². [3]
