Joseph Stanislaus Conwell (born February 24, 1961) is a former American football offensive tackle who played two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League . He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the 1984 NFL Supplemental Draft . He played college football at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended Lower Merion High School in Ardmore, Pennsylvania . [1] Conwell was also a member of the Philadelphia/Baltimore Stars of the United States Football League . [2] [3]
He is the brother of singer Tommy Conwell . [4]
