The European Hockey Federation is a European sports federation for field hockey , based in Brussels. It is the umbrella organisation for all European national federations, and organises the Euro Hockey League . Marijke Fleuren was elected president on 22 August 2011. [1] In reaction to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine , the European Hockey Federation banned the participation of all Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials from all events sanctioned by the Federation. [2]
